shipping | all domestic orders ship via federal express at a flat rate of $5 for orders up to $100, and a flat rate of $15 for orders over $100, and usually ship within 1-6 weeks (calendar pieces usually ship in 4-6 weeks; in stock jewelry usually ships within 1-2 weeks; dn paper ships within 5 days).
taxes | all orders that ship within the state of new york are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.

product care | each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. the majority of our collections consist of 14k or 10k gold and sterling silver & can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. we recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. because most of the stones we use are natural gemstones, they may vary in shape, size and color. inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
