the portafortuna large hoops in yellow gold

the portafortuna hoops (part of our good luck charms collection) are cast in sterling silver or 10k yellow or rose gold and set with 3 sapphires in the color of your choosing - white, red, pink, yellow, light green, blue, black or purple (each sapphire is approximately 3mm). the large hoops are 50mm in diameter.
