the portafortuna large hoops yellow gold

the portafortuna hoops (part of our good luck charms collection) are cast in sterling silver or 14k yellow or rose gold and set with 3 sapphires in the color of your choosing - white, red, pink, yellow, light green, blue, black or purple (each sapphire is approximately 3mm). the medium hoops are 40mm in diameter.
